Pitch Shifter Effect Stuck On - Can't Turn Off Or Delete

Hi, I'm experiencing a weird bug in Premiere. I added a pitch shift effect to a clip, and turned it to -12 semitones (one octave), but it was too low so I changed the values, but the audio didn't change. Then, I turned off the effect on both audio tracks, but it didn't change anything. The effect is shown as grayed out with the slash through the fx symbol, but the audio is still pitch shifted.

I then deleted the pitch shift effect from both audio tracks and it's still pitch shifted even though there are no effects on the clip now.

Has anyone else had this issue and did you find a way to fix it? Am I just going to have to delete the clip and re-do it all?

I made the clip in question into a sequence and put it in a new project which I've attached here. You can see that the clip doesn't have any pitch shifter effects on it, but the pitch is still shifted.
Thanks!

Ah never mind, figured it out. The clip was also rate stretched, so the pitch of the audio is shifted down from that, not the pitch shift effect.
