Play only content that's between in and out markers

Is there a way to play only what's between the 'in' and 'out' markers?

I can jump to the 'in' marker and begin playback from that point, but playback does not stop at the 'out' marker. It'll keep going till the end of the clip.  Also, is it possible to play in a loop whatever is between these two markers?

    Just hit "enter."

     

    And add the "loop playback" from the program monitor controls (hit the + button to select).
