Playback Blurry Premiere 2020

I just updated my Premiere Pro to the latest version and this is what happened. The raw video itself is great, not blurry. But once I have the videos on the playback timeline, they look blurry when play, but once I stop the video looks normal again. My software is Catalina if this helps. How can I solve the blurry playback? You may see the video below.

Your playback resolution is 1/4 (bottom right of the Program monitor), change it to Full.

I have the same problem but my playback resolution is full and the program does not allow me to lower it.

This problem just started for me today, but changing the play back wont work either.
