When a video clip is resized to 50% or smaller and then you use Warp Stabilizer, after the stabiliztion is complete, if you preview the clip, the clip appears offset to the bottom left of the frame. When you export the same clip, it works fine, but previewing it to see if the stabilization worked good shows the video offset. At first I thought this was a result of when I filmed vertical video then rotated it in premiere, but when I was trying to figure out the exact issue to post this Premiere Pro bug, I realized it happens when you scale the video 50% or smaller. As soon as you click play, the video shifts to the bottom left (sometimes top left) while playing. Exports work fine and that has been my workaround. Premiere 23.2.0 Build 69 - Windows 10

Hi teamlouish,
this issue has been fixed in the latest Premiere Pro Beta version and the fix will be available in the regular app a little later. For now as a workaround you can switch to 'High Quality Playback' so you don't face this issue during playback.
