Playback stops when I move playhead with mouse

It stops and I need to manualy press spacebar to play. I don't want it to stop. How can I do that?

You cannot. That is the way it is designed.

Premiere does not have a "play-through" option. Moving the playhead stops playback. You must press play to play the timeline again.
