Playback (video and audio) is stuttering and out of sync?

Hi,

I've just installed Adobe Premiere Pro CC on my PC, and the playback, both video and audio is stuttering and out of sync?
I suspect there is an incompatibility with my video card at some level.......
Below are my specs...


NVIDIA Quadro 600

Chip Type: Quadro 600
DAC TYPE: Intergrated RAMDAC

Device Type: Full Display Device
Approx total memory: 9135MB
Display Memory (Vram): 947MB
Shared Memory: 8187

I'm currently using PC running Windows 10
Processor: Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU 2.53GHz
64 bit
16GB

I am a complete novice when it comes to this tech side, so any help is greatly appreciated,

    Hi Louis,

    Sorry for the issue with playback. What is the Premiere Pro version number? Steps: FAQ: How to find the exact version of Premiere Pro you're using?

    Have you updated the GPU drivers? Steps: Update the graphics driver | Windows 8, 7, Vista

    What is the source of the footage? What is the footage file format & codec? What is the location of the footage? Is it on an internal drive or external?

    Is this happening with all file formats & projects? Please check.

    Just for a test. change the renderer & check the playback. Steps: FAQ: How to change the Video Renderer in Premiere Pro?
