Please Adobe, give access to CC 2017...

I'm not asking on their cloud interface but at least a download link somewhere on their site to retrieve CC2017

it's so far the most stable version I've had on my PC, the 2018 version is a disaster and the 2019 version is slow, how it's possible that 2017 rolls like a charm and has each new version its getting worse and worse? I recently formatted my PC and wanting to install my software, surprise! It is no longer possible to download older versions !? Damn Adobe, do not tell me you do not have space on your servers for some old version ...

I have a muscular setup that runs extremely well on CC 2017, but that is slow on 2019

Windows 10 ( up to date, fresh install )
All driver is up to date

Intel i9 9900k 5.0 Ghz on Asus ROG z390-strix ( Audio Sonic is not installed, it causes errors to Adobe )

Ram: 32 Gb ram 3200 Mhz

Video: RTX 2080

everything is as usual when I worked with 2017 that worked well, nothing more, nothing less. In short, I start to regret paying Adobe -_-

2017 is end of the line. Nothing will ever change that.

With older Adobe Creative Cloud versions, it's not about lacking space of servers but as I read recently, Adobe have some licensing issues with older versions of CC and cannot provide them to the users.

Adobe also issued a warning that useing older versions becomes not legal to use and could mean being sued by third parties:
