please help! after clicking on a new project the whole program closes!

Hello everybody,

I signed in yesterday to Adobe, and started the test version for Pr and Lr. Lightroom ist working perfectly. But for some reason in Premiere Pro, after clicking on a new Project the whole Pr program closes completely. Therefore I had not the chance yet to use it. I don't know what I did wrong. I uninstalled and installed it over and over again but the Problem stayes! My Laptop is new. My updates are all installed. And I am not clicking on the "x" to close the tab! Please help me... anyone!
