Plug in Transitions not working properly

Hi,

I've been using a plug in or a project folder from Color Grade Central (189) The Top 10 Premiere Pro Transitions You Get For FREE - YouTube, the link to the folder.

The transitions were working perfectly fine when I was editing a video recently when using my desktop computer. But whenever I try using my laptop I always run into issues with the transitions. As you can see in the video the transition is off; the clips are upside down and its not smooth at all. My laptop has integrated graphics and is not the coolest editing equipment but its relatively new and I feel like I shouldn't be having problems with with something simple like this. Am I missing a setting or something?
