Plugins not working in production workflow

Howdy All,

I'm using production workflow in premiere 24.3 and for some reason, none of my plugins are working on my footage. I'm using a proxy workflow. I've tried the usual suspects, reboot and tossing prefs. Does anyone have any Ideas?

This project was working fine for a week then all of a sudden I noticed the luts that I had applied directly to the footage in the project panel weren't working anymore in my string outs.

Problem solved, I accidentally had global FX mute on and didn't realize
