PNG with partial transparency over video - NOT working correctly

I just updated my Adobe CC including PP, PS, and AE for what it's worth...

I have a PNG in the foreground that is partially transparent, and I want a video file to play in the background. I've done this many times but now, when I export, the video does not play and the "transparent" part shows an opaque-ish blue/green tint. The problem is with the PNG layer, because when I hide that layer it goes away from the preview.

Has anyone else experienced this and is there a fix? Am I doing something wrong?

Any help appreciated.

LOTS OF PEOPLE ARE HAVING THIS PROBLEM AND ADOBE DIDN'T GIVE ANY ANSWER!

I'm facing the exact same problem. I work with video editing and I have some deadlines that will be over this week. The problem started when I updated the Adobe Premiere couple days ago. I see that there's a lot of user with the same problema and Adobe simply don't answer. I tried to contact by phone but it seems that they don't give software support by phone.

Anyway, really bad Adobe support and communication from Adobe. I'm a regular client for years and now I'm starting to look for other solutions for video editing.

Hope we have answers about this problem in the next days.
