portugese transcription

Hey all, I'm trying to transcribe some videos spoken in Portuguese. But it's Brazillian Portuguese, which sounds slightly different than European Portuguese. The Premiere transcription tool only appears to recognize European Portugese. Is there a Brazillian portugese option? It's actually kind of silly that Adobe developers prioritized the European dialect, as far more people speak the Brazillian dialect. Am I missing something, any suggestions/other places where I could transcribe a Brazillian portugese video?
