Stefan,

You might try deleting Preview files. You can do so in the Sequence menu.

Thanks,
Kevin

Hey there Stefan,

Can you give us some info on your system and media? If you are no longer meeting system requirements, shifting over to Software Only GPU rendering in Project Settings can sometimes help with 2020. Can you try that?

Thanks,
Kevin

it is a laptop

i7 7700hq 2.8gh

with 16gb ram

and intel 630 and gtx1050

for render gpu it is surely better

may be i should try to edit with software only?

Unless you have a lot of VFX going on, the proxies should vastly improve your editing experience. Hopefully you're using a light-weight intraframe proxy like ProRes Proxy rather than another interframe codec like h264.

You might try deleting your media cache/previews and letting it regenerate.

Sometimes, if it is behaving buggy, you can try copy and pasting your edit into a new sequence. A more extreme version of that would be to start a new project and import your sequence into a new project.

it is indeed buggy

you know also what happen, every little edi i do, the size of the frame get a little bit smaller, so i gave little bacl bar on the 2 sides

I need to render to have it good again

so may be i can try to delete the media preview cache?

how do i do thAT, within premiere or manually i go to delete the folder?

You can manually navigate to where your Media Cache is. If you need to figure out where that is, inside of Premiere you can go to Edit>Preferences>Media Cache. If you also want to delete your Preview files, those are (by default) kept alongside your project. So wherever you have your project saved you can find the folders for your previews.
