Pre-made video template that just works every time

Hello, sorry if this question has been asked before. I am skydive tandem photographer, and in every tandem skydive I use the same 9 clips.

Like this, Clip 1 Greet the passanger

Clip 2 Walk to the plane

Clip 3 Enter the plane

Clip 4.... etc. etc

I can do this over and over several times a day. I need a pre-made template where I can just import these 9 clips (not manually add them one by one) and it always uses the same transitions and puts them in order. After I just enter the name of the skydiver in a intro text animation and hit export. Is there a way to do this in Premier Pro, if there is, how do you do it?

Name your clips 1,3,3,4, etc.

Create a project in a new folder named Template Name with all assets in that folder and do your edits.

Save the project as Template Name in the Template Name folder.   Now you have a template.

Open a copy of Template Name.

Replace the template clips with the new clips renamed named to 1,2,3,4, etc.

Save as New Project Name in New Project Name folder.
