Premeier Pro 24 keyboard Preferences not showing in Mac

Hi.. thanks for your response.. i have tried the solution that you gave and its not working. 

 

I am using Adobe Premier Pro Version 24.1.0 in Mac Os Sonoma 14.3.1 

When i try to click on the Keybpard preferences its unresponsive. i ahve tried using the shortcut key also. Kindly help me out

Try uninstalling and reinstalling.

Try resetting the preferences:

If that doesn't work, try resetting the Workspaces:
Reset a workspace
Reset the current workspace to return to its original, saved layout of panels.
1. Do one of the following:
• Click the Workspace menu icon and select Reset to Saved Layout.
• Choose Window > Workspace > Reset to Saved Layout.

If that doesn't work, try creating a new project and import the old one into it.
