Premeire Pro Crashes

Premiere Pro crashes and does not respond whenever creating a new project and somtimes freezes and exits the software. When I import a video, it freezes up whenever I try to play it (see screenshot attached).

I did update the Intel driver. Attached is the system compatability report and 

But for some reason Adobe Photoshop does not have the same problem so I think that it is the software that is causing the problem.
