Premier 2019-2020 keeps loading after opening

Hi there, 

I have a problem. When i want to open Premier Pro the first page keeps loading. See added image. Does somone know how to fix this... 

What I have already done is uninstall and reinstall the newest verstion of Premier pro. Then restarted my computer.

Info computer: 

Mac Os Catalina version 10.15.2. 

Macbook Pro (Retina, 13-Inch, mid 2014)

Processor 2,6 GHz Dual-Core Intel Core i5

Memory 8GB 1600 MHz DDR3

Graphics Intel Iris 1536 Mb
