Premier and Media encoder render different color

I render the same project from both premier and media encorder with the same setting and the one that came out from media encorder doesnt look right. It looks alot washed. Anyone know what is happening here and how to fix it?

In Me, try:

1) in preferences, uncheck "import sequences natively"

2) uncheck "composite in linear color"

3) if this is an H.264 export, use "software only" in the Export dialog.
