Premier Pro 1.5 Activation

I have been using Premier Pro 1.5 for years on a Windows XP computer that I no longer connect to the internet. Phone activation is not available anymore. I hooked up the computer to the internet and tried internet activation, but continue to get activation not available at this time. I contacted chat support and they said my only option was to get help from this forum as they are not trained on older software.

I have solar eclipse footage I need to process but cannot open the program...can anyone help?

Download CS2 and use the serial number provided here:

If I understand the instructions, and if it allows me because I've never had CS2, I have a couple of hours of downloads on an unsecure XP computer, creation of disk images, download of a zip file with a training workshop, learn new software just to use a previously paid for version of software I'm totally familiar with?

Is there no easier solution?

If you read at the link that was provided, you will see that it is the ONLY solution, since your original version will no longer activate
