Premier pro 14.0.4 - encoding stuck ages 0%

So I've been trying to export a video for the whole day now and it's always stuck at encoding on 0%.

I have looked at previous threads on this issue and I've tried the solutions, but none of them worked. I have no markers on my timeline.

I have videos that need to be sent to clients, can someone please help me.
