Premier pro 2020 won’t open!

Hi all,

I have premier pro 2020 installed on my Mac.

when I go to open premier all that currently happens is the wheel of death on the opening page of premier pro where the project files should be? Nothing else happens.

I have reset preferences. Reinstalled premier.

Any advice on a solution would be greatly received!?

Has it been happening for some time? Or have recently updated Premiere?

Are you running the latest version?

Please tell us your system specs: OS version, Premiere version, amount of RAM, Hardware specs including graphics card.

Was it PP2020 working previously or is this just after an update? Have you tried resetting preferences and clearing cache?
