Premier pro app freeze blank screen

hi everyone as soon as i start the app its loading and then a blank screen appears and freezes

Maybe try re-setting your preferences.

With the app closed hold down shift/control/alt on Windows or shift/command/option on Mac and open the app while holding the keys down. After the OS confirms changes wit you release the keys and see if this solves the oroblem.

no luck doesnt seem to work same issue
