Premier Pro Auto Reframe is garbage

I'm using the latest version of Adobe Premier Pro and the auto reframe effect is absolutely garbage for 9:16 which is basically the only reason you would use it. It does not keep the speaker in the center of the video and there is absolutely nothing else in the video. I was very excited for this feature but it is absolutely worthless.
