Premier Pro - Basic 3D effect not working

Hello, 

I want to use the basic 3D effect on an image, but it won't work at all when I apply it. When i play back to video the image doesn't move, when I expor the video the image doesn't move. I'[ve tried un-installing and re-installing. Is there anything I can do to get it to work? Is there another similar effect I could use?
