i am using premier pro and after effects in my new pc since 4 months and it was working perfectly fine. now since 15 to 20 days when i open premierpro nd after effects it crash and then not responding i tried everything but not work installing updating removing reinstalling graphic drivers but it still not working my friend is also facing this issue since 15 to 20 days i think its a bug or something do you guys facing the same problem ?? please tell me wht can i do now i m a video editor its urgenttttt !! system information: card: 750ti 2gb 1 tb hard disk 8gb ram

What are the complete computer specs, including hard drives (how many, what kind, what is on each, what capacity, and how full)?

If NVIDIA graphics, make sure to use the latest Studio Driver from NVIDIA (NOT the Game Driver).

card: 750ti 2gb

1 tb hard disk

8gb ram

 

for 750ti there is no studio driver

    Hi there,

     

    We're sorry to hear about this. Have you tried resetting app preferences to isolate any preference corruption issue that might be causing the app to misbehave? Also, have you installed any third-party plugins?

    no i never use third party plugins i reset app prefrences also
