Premier Pro Crashing

I am having an issue with Premiere Pro crashing. Opens, but when I try to create a new project it crashes.

Ventura 13.2.1 and latest update to Premier Pro.

Has it worked OK previously?

Yes worked great. Ran a update through Creative Cloud and OS updated and problem started. Uninstalled and reinstalled Premier and still crashing.

I'm not a Mac guy, but if Time Machine works like System Restore, can you go back to when all was OK?

What are the hard drives (how many, what kind, what is on each, what capacity, and how full)?
