Premier Pro Import Error w/ DJI P4A Footage

I'm experiencing an import error with Premier Pro and Media Encoder when I try to import files over 2 GB. I've screen shared with ADOBE Tech support and the answer I was given was, "ADOBE does not support the DJI codec." This answer frustrates me because it is not correct for 2 reasons. 1.) After Effects handles the files without any problems. 2.) Premier Pro and Media Encoder successfully import video files with the EXACT SAME settings, and only the larger files (over 2 GB) fail. I'm posting screenshots of my system information and file settings. Not included is my SD Card information and Video Card info which is; a 4K ready SanDisk Extreme Plus 64GB SD Card, and a NVIDIA GTX 1050ti Graphics Card. I am also running the LATEST version of ALL adobe apps. I've tried clearing the Cache folder. I have 800 GB of space on the drive I'm using. Yes I've tried restarting my PC. Yes I've tried rubbing my stomach and patting my head.
