Premier Pro OSX installation hanging OCFX.plugin

Hi. I have just subscribed to Creative Cloud to edit Insta360 videos. Premier downloads OK but hangs on OCFX.plugin loading. I have tried searching extensively but cant find any reference to this plugin and what its for or where I can find it to download/add. I am running a Macbook Pro with the latest software.
