Premier Pro Performance and Debug Tool

I'm at my witts end, I have to deliver client videos on a regular basis and I constantly have premier pro issues that I just dont have time to troubleshoot in the middle of projects.

I've faced most of the common issues but recently decieded to upgrade my computers and since then done about 5-10 video projects.

Every project this is another issue it never seems stable and its hard to even describe the issues each time, freezing playback, solid lockups, slow peformance , corrupt projects.

I've load tested my PC, and done all the usual diagnostics etc, but I can't seem to find a simple Premier pro diagnostics tool, something that will just do all the basic test and tell me if there is an issue.

Is there anything official from Adobe for this? that might look for problems bottlenecks conflicts to help identify issues.

I'm honeslty almost finished with prem at this point after 7 years as I want to make videos , not constantly being tech support.

Ok,

So i caved and went over my entire PC and did the usual stuff caches and drives and just overall turned off statup stuff that isn't required and forced Prem to genereate new previews etc.

It still randomly locks up when playing back and only waiting a long time comes back.

Is there a console view? or some debug mode where you can see what Premier Pro is doing during these long pauses?

be great to see what i'm waiting for it to do as it might help me solve.

Version is 24.2.1 Build 2

I'm about to load latest beta and see if that helps.

Otherwise System Compatability report is clear

I'm on the latest Nvidia Studio Drivers.

Intel I9 13900K

Nvidia 3070  (could this be bottleneck)

PRIME Z790 P D4

96 GB RAM 1800mhz DDR4

Windows 11 Pro

Make sure to use a Studio Driver from NVIDIA (NOT the Game Driver), but not the latest version - it has issues with Premiere Pro.

Ok, i'm on the latest Nvidia Studio Driver, but i'm not getting any compatability reports? so how am I to know thats an issue? what is the right version? and why isn't it showing up as a problem if its a known issue?
