Premier Pro screen go blank when selecting editing or color tab on the workspace

I am running Premier Pro CC2018 and when I select the editing tab or color tab the screen goes blank with only the menu bar showing.  I can go to the Windows tab and reset to all panels, but I still cannot open the editing of color tab.  Anyone else have this issue?

When the screen goes blank, go to the menu Window > Workspaces > Reset To Saved Layout.

You may need to do this more than once, but eventually (in my experience) the problem goes away.

You'll need to do this for each blank screen.

Im very glad I found this out also. Very simple fix.

Except for my Title window.  It stays blank with a red box in the bottom right corner saying unknown workspace?

Can anyone guide me on this?
