Premier Pro- Video Drop Out

Hi, I've looked through several discussions on this and did not ever see a resolution. When exporting I'm getting what we old guys would call "Drop out" on the video. I typically export H.264, but have tried pro-res as well.

Has anyone figured out a solution to this?

I'm seeing tracking lines in the video, not video drop outs. Are you sure the video is playing back correctly on your machine? Can you try playing this file in VLC or MPC?

Thanks for the reply. No machine involved. Thats straight from camera card to Premier to export. All looks good on the timeline. Its the exported file that as the issue. Correct about it not being video drop out. I mentioned that only to describe the "look" of the issue.
