Premier Pro Video

Hello!

Sometimes, when I dag a video into the timeline, the video doesnt snap to fit the frame that I am woking in and becomes very zoomed in. 

If I move the video to fit the frame it looks like the photo I have uploaded of a youtube video. 

If I dont, it looks very zoomed in.

Can someone help me on this please?
