Premiere 2017 loses scroll bar

Hey all, have upgraded to 2017... everything has been rounded off! Umm, okay, a look that was last used in the 1990's.  I can live with that.

what i can't live with is the vertical scrollbar randomly disappearing from the project bin window. i don't see when it happen, but i'm editing and then i move my mouse over to the project bin windows, and there's no scroll bar! i have to re-size the window just a nudge, for - pop! - the scroll bar to come back.

anyone else/seen experienced this or know why it happening?

a fairly fundamental fault to take away the functionality that is a scroll bar ...

    Sorry for the wait, but this should now be fixed in the 11.0.2 update that has just been posted.

    Im having this issue, when it first happened I thought I was just at the end of a bin and then realized I had missed a couple of clips. Its very frustrating, I use a wacom tablet so I dont have a scroll wheel as quickly accesible as with a mouse. I never use the tablets scroll wheel.

    Please fix this ASAP

    A fix is being worked on and should be in a future update. I cannot comment on the timing of this update, though.

    Dose the mouse rolling work in the project bin window even if the scroll bar is not there ?

    This is an issue under investigation and understand your frustration. Mouse scrolling will still work when the scroll bar is missing and as Geoff mentioned, resizing the Project panel will bring back the vertical scroll bar.

      I have seen that on one occasion. Did not think much of it at the time.
