Premiere 2018 Crashes if left idle too long

I have recently updated from 2017 to the latest version of 2018 and I get constant crashes, one of the main reasons it crashes is if I leave Premiere idle for too long, at least an hour I think. When I return I just get the blue spinning wheel in Windows 10.
