Premiere 22 warp stabilizer reduces quality

Hi,

I'm having issues with warp stabilizer in Peremiere 22. After applying the effect on certain clips it reduces the resolution of the clip significantly (pixely). I've opened the same clip in premiere 21 and applied the same effect it works perfectly. Is this just a bug with PP22?
