Premiere ALE from DaVinci Resolve not importing

Hi, after watching this video Hollywood Workflows: Best Practices in Premiere Pro (NAB Show 2018) | Adobe Creative Cloud - YouTube  and doing a it of research, I found out that Premiere could import ALE files, which is amazing for workflow purposes.

But, when I decided to test it out it just wouldn't import.
No error, nothing...it just gets the import status bar to the end and everything just stays blank.

The workflow I tested was like this:
Import footage into Resolve, do a CDL compatible grade and export a proxy file.
After that export an ALE with CDL of the footage timeline (tried it with just the basic ALE, still no luck)
Open a new project in Premiere, create a bin for the footage and go to import the ALE (tried every single way of importing there is)
After that just stare at a blank project because nothing got imported.

It would be amazing if this could work for all of the metadata that would be imported and better clip names and overall an easier workflow.

Am I doing something wrong?
Is it a bug?
