Premiere Audio Levels not working in Afer Effects

Hi All, I have a project that I am pushing between AfterEffects and Premiere, AE to do the graphics and Premiere to do the sound design and pace.

In the previous version of Premiere when I pushed my audio sequence to AE it kept the individual levels I set in Premiere in AE. BUT I have just done the same process again in 2023.4 and when it hits AE all the DB levels are 0... I don't want to encode everything over and over again so working like this is great but would mean I have to do all the level setting AGAIN in AE?  Is this something new, a bug or have I missed a setting I need to switch on/off?

Any help would be massively appreciated.
