When I run Premiere CC 2019, that closes unexpectedly with macOS Catalina.
Please someone has the solution?

Try resetting your preferences, hold down the option key when launching the app. This will reset and rewrite the preferences back to default.

Thanks. I try to do this, but it doesn´t repair the problem. Yesterday with Mojave works perfectly but today with Catalina nothing..it´s strange because After Effects works

And what about Premiere cs 5.5 and Catalina?

As far as I know the program IS 64bit, but it is NOT optimized for Catalina... so it may work or it may not... Adobe no longer supports that old version so you are on your own if you have problems

Running Premiere without issues on my Mac with Catalina as the OS.
Since AE is working, try re-installing Premiere.

Exact same problem here. Premiere crasses when I try to open. I've uninstalled, re-installed, trashed preferences but no luck. AFX and media encoder both open without problem.
Premiere crashes while it's loading the quicktime components.

This seemed to fix it.. I've been up and running again without issue since.
Go to the following locations and rename the 'Adobe' folders to 'OldAdobe'
Location 1: When in Finder, click on Go > Go to Folder > ~/Library/Application Support/Adobe
Location 2: Go > Go to Folder > ~/Library/Preferences/Adobe
Location 3: Documents > Adobe
Launch Premiere Pro, accept the License Agreement and see if it works.

Unfortunately, it's not working for me. Premiere now crashes during launch. It is also creating a new "Adobe" folder next to the "OldAdobe" folder when Premiere tries to launch. Any ideas?

When I rename the adobe folder to oldadobe my after effects plugins go missing. I'm still looking for a workaround
also the unhide feature still didn't show the Location 2: Go > Go to Folder > ~/Library/Preferences/Adobe

SO this fix was working fine for me on my work machine from Oct 8 until today when premiere refused to open again and the fix NO LONGER worked.
Here's what I did to fix it this time around which took about an hour.
Uninstalled adobe COMPLETELY from my system. Deleted everything labeled abobe from the library locations above and all temp files documents..user accounts etc.
I then ran the Adobe cleaner tool and cleaned everything.
Rebooted.
Started from scratch by installing the Creative cloud app and just installed premiere and media encode on their own.
Ran premiere and it's now up and running.

Same thing happens to me. The program shuts down when loading quicktime bundle. I have tried resetting preferences, reinstalling Premiere, rebooting, etc. After Effects launches just fine. I asked Apple support about down converting back to Mojave but they said that since I don't have a time machine backup from Mojave, this can't be done. Any other work arounds?

Paul,
Did you try "four"s suggestions just a bit above your post?

I tried and it worked temporarily, then after a restart PP wouldn't open again and all my AE plugins were missing. Now I'm in a bigger mess and talking with adobe and Apple support either has answers. What a joke. This is why you don't upgrade Apple things.

Hi did you ever get this sorted? I'm min the same situation as you and I'm so frustrated

Here is what I did to solve it. I reverted to Mojave and Premiere 2019.
In order to do this you will have to wipe your hard dives. Then Download Mojave from Apple site and put on jump drive, reboot from jump drive and install. Then install adobe premiere 2019 make sure you don’t install Premiere 2020.
I haven’t had an issue since.
