Premiere conforming again after sudden hard drive disconnect...

Hi
How do I fix the issue of Premiere wanting to conform all the files again after a sudden hard drive disconnect?

Please don't tell me that it has to do it all again?
Surely it can look at the files again which are actually in the same folder as the video file and realise where it is!
