Premiere consolidate and transcode audio issue

I am attempting to use Premiere's consolidate and transcode project manager feature to store materials in my archive.

I have a preset that matches the original source material used in this sequence and when I attempt to run the manager I receive the following error message.

This particular sequence only consists of three clips, two of which come from the same source video. Only one of the clips consolidates and transcodes correctly and the other two fail (the entire original video is copies instead of consolidated), even though, one of the failed clips comes from the same source material as the clip that works.

Any ideas why these would not consolidate or transcode correctly? Trying to format in MXF XDCam422 50 NTSC 60i.

Any pointers in any direction would be appreciated. Thanks!
