Hello,

since a few days i have the problem, that i cant see any Videosequenz in my project. They show up in the timeline, but the both windows are black.  This happens in every project!

Also my CPU and my Ram are at 99% while i do nothing.

CPU: Ryzen 1700

GPU: GTX 1080

Ram: 16 GB G-Skill

Is there anyone who have the same issue or a solution to my problem?

As you can see, my CPU and Ram is nearly Overloaded ans the cursor is on different timestamps in the timeline, but in the program window i cant see anything from my timeline.

If you need any information, just ask for them

I hope someone could help me.

    Hi ScrapieCoco,

Is this a new project or an updated one? If the latter, try either finishing the project in the version it was created in or create new project and import the older project into the new one. Either of these things work for you?

    Thanks,
    Kevin

The question is, why had i never this problem before the past three days. And i only have this with CC19.

It was always fine with 16GB.

    Try resetting the preferences:

FAQ: How to reset preferences in Premiere Pro?

If that doesn't work, try resetting the Workspaces:

    Reset a workspace

Reset the current workspace to return to its original, saved layout of panels.

    1. Do one of the following:
      • Click the Workspace menu icon and select Reset to Saved Layout.
      • Choose Window > Workspace > Reset to Saved Layout.

    from here:

    https://helpx.adobe.com/premiere-pro/using/workspaces.html

If that doesn’t work, try updating or rolling back your graphics driver directly from the video card manufacturer’s site.

I tried both, but noting worked. Also my grafics driver is the newest.
WIll try do install an old driver.

But this only happens with Premiere Pro CC19. Projects i open in CC18 work fine.

I even deleted the CC19 version and installed it again after it. But the problem stays.
