The only reliable 'fix' I've seen for that is to turn off GPU processing.

How do you turn off GPU process?

First thing I'd do is check what's happening at that moment in the sequence. Often redoing any color work or at worst, "deleting" the clip from the sequence & bins, closing, dumping caches, re-launching, re-importing that clip and redoing the work will fix it.

To simply turn off GPU acceleration, go to the Project settings, and set Mercury Acceleration to "software only".

    usually one of these 3

    1. clear your media cache

    2. force your high end Graphics card in nvidia control panel premiere.exe primary gfx, or opencl, cuda, software in premiere

    3. transcoding to dnxhd, prores, cineform first
