CS6 is no longer included with a cloud subscription... the only way to have Encore now is to install the serial number version of Premiere Pro CS6 (and since CS6 is no longer sold, you can't do that install)
An alternative forum https://forums.creativecow.net/adobeencoredvd
Both do author Blu-rays but DVD Architect has problems with H.264 so using MPEG2 is a must

Also for DVD there is a far better tool than either of these, at Media Chance Labs.
Grab DVD-Lab Pro 2 - this is as good as it gets unless you go to the Gold Standard that is Scenarist SD.
Warning - DVD Lab Pro is now EOL and unsupported except through user forums, but Scenarist SD is still fully supported by the developers, and they also do the Gold Standard Blu-ray system Scenarist BD.
FWIW, we use all 3 of these tools.

Where can I find CS6 Encore?

You could never have gotten Encore by itself. During the CS5 and CS6 era, it was only sold with the Premiere Pro and not available separately. And since May 2019, you can now no longer get any version of Premiere Pro earlier than the two most recent major versions, which means that currently, you can no longer get anything prior to CC 2019 at all.
And Adobe itself had already announced the End of Life for CS6 way back in 2015, and completely stopped all sales of that software in 2017.

I didn't say I got Encore by itself. As you say it was part of Premiere CS6. The point is that technically I own it but I no longer have the install discs. I was using it up till about a month ago when I reinstalled both my laptop Mac OS and my Desktop Win7 OS. (And yes I know Win7 has been discountinued. I have a few peripherals that are not supported on Win10). I know they've stopped CS6 sales and no longer support it. However I'm pretty sure they still have the install files. BTW I am a Cloud subscriber.

Like I stated many times, as of May of last year Creative Cloud subscribers can no longer download CS6 or anything that's more than two major versions old at all.

The process below USED to work (until April 14) if you bought a download direct from Adobe... an employee is trying to find out why this process no longer works, so IF you bought a download direct from Adobe, check back every day to see if the process starts working again
.
For CS6 back to CS4 you may download ONLY if you bought direct from Adobe via download
-Log-in to your account and click this link https://account.adobe.com/products
--click Order history on the left and then the link to your order that will show on the right
--and finally click the link "Downloads and serial numbers" that will appear
--as always, write the serial number in a text file AND copy that text file and the
---download file(s) to an external drive (or two) to be sure you have what you need
-if you did not buy direct from Adobe via download you must find your original install
--if you have an Education or volume license you MUST use your original media
--the link for an Education or volume license download is not available at all
-if you bought a disc and don't have a drive you will need to buy an external USB drive
-if you bought a download from a 3rd party vendor you will need to contact that vendor

In my Products I can see Production Premium plus Encore and others along with their serial numbers. I do not see a way to order/download.

CS6 and earlier are no longer sold
>I own it but I no longer have the install disc
Go back and read what I posted an hour ago... you bought on disc so you may not download
There is, very simply, NO way for you to install PPro CS6 without your original disc

I won't disagree with anything said about Encore CS6 being unavailable. However, on April 16, after the downloads issue, I wrote the following in a post to a user who said he bought a boxed set, did not have the disks, and could see his license numbers in his Adobe account. Bottom line, he got download links from customer care.
> "You'll see a number of threads on this. You are at the mercy of Customer Support. They have given download links to some users, but their policies may no longer allow it. Did you buy the boxed set from Adobe directly? Try Customer Support, but no guarantee. Having your license number and it being in your registered list is good."
So give it a try. But don't expect anything.
