hello Adobe support.

this is been a huge frustration for me and after trying so many methods this issue I'm having is yet to be resolved.

I have a project that has 4k Gopro hero 10 videos and Sony a7 iv 4k as well.

when ever I try to export the video it seems like premiere is stuck at rendering eather at 7%, 24% or 25%!

im MacBook Pro:

(13-inch, 2020, Four Thunderbolt 3 ports)

16 GB 3733 MHz LPDDR4X

2 GHz Quad-Core Intel Core i5

I have tried the following

-deleting Cache files

-Updating premiere pro and my Mac

-changing the export settings from H.264 to apple prores 422 HQ

-changed renderer from GPU murcurery to software only!

-played a little bit with the sequence settings (tried to lower resolution) via export settings.

-tried deleting the flawed picece of the video at the frame were it's stuck.

-tried making a new seqeuence and embeded the video into it.

i have the video exported successfuly only one time when  i chose to export it using proxies and it exported perfectly fine! i hate to compromise the quility and upload it as is so please help me!

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post if it helps you get responses.
