Question

Premiere exported file has heightened audio and white noise in the background

Everything is fine while editing, there is no noise in the background and the voices are fine but when the file is already exported and I review it in any video player with normal speed, the entire video becomes high pitched and there is a noise like grain in the background.

It happens with ALL video projects, on 2 different computers... I already restarted the computer, uninstalled and reinstalled the programs.

Hi there,

As Richard pointed out, a recording of the issue will be helpful. Please also mention any effects you've used in your project and check if any identical audio tracks are stacked on top of each other on your timeline. Stacked soundtracks might cause issues similar to the ones you're experiencing.

Thanks,

Ishan

Sure! Here are the videos, one is unedited and the other is after exporting in premiere.

It should be noted that I did not modify the audio at any time, it does not have any effects or anything like that.

I also have to mention that the problem is not with my video player, because when I upload it to other platforms such as social networks or Google Drive itself, it continues to play with background noise and the high pitched voice.

Can you please include a link to the video? All I see is a generic link to the Google Play store.

Try re-importing the exported video into Premiere and check the audio levels there. Do they sound the same? If so, this would suggest the issue is with your video player.

Also, double-check that you don’t have Loudness Normalization turned on in the export settings, as that could be affecting the sound.
