Premiere freezes on the loading screen.

Hello, good afternoon. These days it hasn't let me enter Premiere Pro and I have to do things for class urgently. I have restarted the computer and removed the autosave files. I have also been looking and I can't find anything that helps me. I need help as soon as possible because I am in the middle of a boom of projects. It gets stuck just when the screen is loading to enter the start screen, it doesn't download files or tell me what things it has to load, it just starts freezing, I have Windows 11 with an RTX 4060, it seems strange to me that it doesn't work

What has changed about your system configuration, since the last time you were able to successfully launch PPro?

I haven't changed anything, in fact everything is the same.

If everything were the same, it seems like you'd be able to launch PPro.

That error message suggests you're attempting to uninstall PPro, while (or immediately after) PPro was open; you may have more success waiting until it closes.

Moving your 'profile-<username>' folder somewhere safe, and seeing whether that allows PPro to launch, may be a worthwhile experiment.

It has nothing to do with the proposal, I just put it because it wouldn't let me uninstall it.

Okay, I've solved it and deleted all the files related to Premiere Pro, uninstalled it, and made it disappear from my files. Thanks for the help, anyway.
