Premiere keyframing issue

Hey,

my premiere started doing some wierd stuff with my keyframes a few day ago. Nothing was changed in the settings and I do have all the latest updates, but none of that changed during this time. As you will be able to see in the video I can play with the settings of the video all I want and it works. But when I start adding keyframes it goes crazy. The first keyframe works and then any keyframe that is added after the first one on the timeline does not work. Even the first one stops working if I add a keyframe infront of it.

I tried opening, closing,... the only thing that I can think of is that I do have speed/duration set to 800% on these clips other then that I have no clue.

Try to keyframe speed of 800% could cause delay in preview.

Drone? footage is heavily compressed might want consider to convert or use proxies.

I am using proxies. I'm starting to think that the 800% could be the problem. I have other clips that are from the drone too but with normal fps and they work ok, as do the camera clips. I'll post if I figure out the problem.

It's a bit laggy in the video due to screen capture.
