Premiere not allowing me to drag the template into the timeline

I've been trying to resolve this issue all day today. Went through all of the steps above as listed by DaciaSaenz ^

Now I'm running into the issue of Premiere not allowing me to drag the template into the timeline. Seems to do that for all the new templates I create in AE16.0. I've updated both Premiere and After Effects and am saving all my .morgt files locally....Am I overlooking something small here?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi Tori -

It appears that you have all of your audio tracks locked. If your new mogrt was exported with audio, you will not be able to drop it.

Found the solution. Running the old version of Premiere - sorry to waste your time.

    Hi Tori -

What exactly happens when you try to apply one of the new AE 16 mogrts to a Pr 13 timeline?

    Hi Mike,

I get the little hand icon with the denied signal overtop of it. Example attached.

It's a shame we have to revert back versions because Adobe didn't QA their release properly but that was my solution too.
