a low level exception occured in Mercury Playback Engine GPU Acceleration (CUDA) (AcceleratedRenderer:2)....

 

I'm only the video editor for my university's online media.  I only have several hundred videos to get out.  Black Screen on my preview monitor?  Is that the new production feature?  Thanks for the helpful update!  If you were to pay me minimum wage for the time I've wasted from Adobe update killing my nvidia cards, or screwing up the Mercury Playback engine. I could probably get the most expensive card out there.  Come on guys, WTF-ingF???

    Do you have Legacy Titler or Auto Reframe (nested sequence) issues going on?

    Please also provide full system specs and the type of media you are working with.

    Здравствуйте! 

    Последние три года каждое обновление даёт больше проблем, чем полезных возможностей.

    Компетентность сотрудников службы поддержки заметно снизилась.

    Это видно по советам, которые даются и по беспомощьным попыткам исправить проблему.

    А проблемы возникают как раз в програпмме СС.

    Я работаю над большими проектами (кино) и мне нужна стабильная работа программы Premier Pro CC.

    Сейчас у меня  установлена самая последняя версия CC  и всего софта.

    Программа постоянно вылетает и выдает ошибку.

    При просчете ошибка - a low level exception occurred in mercury playback engine gpu acceleration cuda.

    Вы советуйте её игнорировать? Но по диспетчеру задачь, я вижу , что моя QUADRO P4000  не работает!

    Просчет получается долгим и менее качественным. 

    Меня это не устраивает .

    Как устранить эту проблему?

     

    WIN 10 pro. Intel i7-5820K, 64Gb DDR4,  SSD - OS - 240 Gb, SSD - Cache- 240 Gb, SSD Project premiere - 480 Gb,  DATA files- RAID , Tascam US-366,
