Use COMMAND+CLICK (MAC) or CONTROL+CLICK (WIN) on the blue FRAME COUNTER to convert between FRAMES, FEET & FRAMES and TIMECODE.

 

Cmd+Click or Cntrl+Click Here in the middle of the timecode or frame counterCmd+Click or Cntrl+Click Here in the middle of the timecode or frame counter

 

Note: This also works the same way in After Effects for those interested.

I saw this with a sequence that contained variable frame rate footage from an iphoneX.  Made me crazy until I figured out what was causing it.
